I want to share with you that I have had occasion to buy a “health bar” only to later learn that the sugar, and other “not too good” ingredients were less than desirable for a health conscious snack.
That’s why I want to share with you the FOODUCATE App, which is a free.
I use the App to help me discover what the ingredients are in the ‘health-snack’ that I am choosing to eat.
