DIET Help with the Fooducate App

Below is a brief word from me about this post.

The Wellness Connections is available on Apple, and other podcast platforms

How often do you check whether that “health bar” or “health whatever” – is really all that it is supposed to be? That is to say, is it a healthful addition to your eating habits?

I want to share with you that I have had occasion to buy a “health bar” only to later learn that the sugar, and other “not too good” ingredients were less than desirable for a health conscious snack.

That’s why I want to share with you the FOODUCATE App, which is a free.

I use the App to help me discover what the ingredients are in the ‘health-snack’ that I am choosing to eat.
