Every year in February we call attention to Black History and Celebrate the causes and progress that have been made.

Of course, Black History is a continuous topic of re-calculating the plight and progress of African-Americans. Just recently the term “Enslaved” has been a topic of conversations and correctness regarding the lack of entitlement to freedom in the course of the African-American experience.

Below is a brief word from me about this post.

How often do you check whether that “health bar” or “health whatever” – is really all that it is supposed to be? That is to say, is it a healthful addition to your eating habits?
I want to share with you that I have had occasion to buy a “health bar” only to later learn that the sugar, and other “not too good” ingredients were less than desirable for a health conscious snack.
That’s why I want to share with you the FOODUCATE App, which is a free.

I use the App to help me discover what the ingredients are in the ‘health-snack’ that I am choosing to eat.
